Refund policy

WITHIN 30 DAYS– Returns of unopened items will receive full refunds less a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges to and from Apex Lithium.  Returns of opened/used batteries within 30 days will receive a full refund less a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges to and from Apex Lithium.  Apex Lithium will NOT accept returns after 30 days. Cost of shipping items back to Apex Lithium is the responsibility of the purchaser.
